Complaint Resolution Index (CRI) Explained The Complaint Resolution Index (CRI) is an indicator on how responsive a company is in addressing and resolving customer complaints brought to their attention by BCA. VX401 Audio System - ZERO Customer support! Will never purchase Clarion again, includes pre-installed in a vehicle!

Zero customer support for their product. I have an issue/question that a tech could probly answer over the phone. You buy this garbage and you will stuck with out support at a customer level. Just try to contact support! As a purchaser, I challenge you to contact their customer service and receive assistance!!! They will try to send you to a repair facility... which you will be transferred too, and disconnected... I mean the places they send you to is out of business. I can see why because this company does not support its product. Never again, I am now shopping for a replacement audio system to replace this Clarion piece of garbage. In addition, I will never purchase another Clarion product or vehicle with a Clarion in it.
