Would like the city to do a full inspection on building many code violations and safety hazards, unstable scary staff members (whom all live in hotel)

Upon arrival the pool was "under construction and washing machine was also "under repair" which put a damper in my plans as I picked this place because they allegedly had a pool. The first room they put me in the toilet did not flush so they switched rooms when I removed my food from refrigerator I noticed the freezer had melted soaking all my food and I had to throw it away, the rooms are all very outdated and stained also the next day I realized I had left clothes in the first room and asked to check the dresser door when I did I noticed they remade the room to rent out again without fixing any of the issues that made me leave. I also then found my clothes in the dresser drawer which means house keeping clearly is not cleaning the rooms just remaking beds! I had to find house keeping in the hallway to ask for towels they told me to leave my dirty towels in the hallway when I did the manager Megan pounded on my door at 8:30am first screaming at my 11 yr old child then me about the towels being left in the hallway, when I explained that's where house keeping told me to leave them she said "they're stupid" this was traumatic to my 11 year old child and extremely unprofessional and inappropriate. The next day the police were outside because of drug use on the second floor and the fire alarm went off nobody came to check on alarm they said "it's an issue in the boiler room" & "this always happens " the elevator doesn't work properly the lights and keeps getting stuck and many
