Complaint Resolution Index (CRI) Explained The Complaint Resolution Index (CRI) is an indicator on how responsive a company is in addressing and resolving customer complaints brought to their attention by BCA. Comments and Analysis

Complaints allege difficulties with cancellation and refund policies. Some complainants allege they are denied refunds even though they purchase insurance or the trip is scheduled outside of the range of dates represented by the company. To date, both complaints remain unanswered. The principals of Class Travel International previously operated the recently closed Class Travel Worldwide, LLC. That company listed the Class Travel International address as its West coast location. Class Travel Worldwide has an unsatisfactory business performance record with the bureau.
