The employees and owner doesn't do a good job for the customer

This mail salon located in the River Oaks Mall in Calumet City IL. The employees and owner doesn't do a good job for the customer but when you refuse to pay for bad service the police is called on you and you are forced to pay. These nail salons need to be regulated just like any other business people are getting infection from the equipment and being mistreated by these salons when you talk to them about the service you receive they demand you pay and the police put you out and you are not heard. To be held responsible and not being able to provide bad service and we be forced to pay for bad service and getting infections from unclean practice
