Complaint Resolution Index (CRI) Explained The Complaint Resolution Index (CRI) is an indicator on how responsive a company is in addressing and resolving customer complaints brought to their attention by BCA. Shut her business down so she can't scam people out of there money.

Countless donations to the "company" into one of many of Shelly Brinkley's personal accounts..she's unemployed driving a brand new Jeep and getting her entire house re model keep in mind she doesn't have a job no source of income but she's got all the money to buy a brand new Jeep and re furbish her house she was talking to a few people I was with and I over heard her say that she would be rich by the time she dies and was openly bragging about it wrote a review on her company and directly after I posted it she messaged me threating me and my unborn daughter she stated she was a witch and she put a spell on me and my daughter I have documented all of this and would be happy to testify she posts on her Facebook page Everytime she gets a donation and she has gotten a lot of money enough to buy a 2019 Jeep and refurbished her whole house. something needs to be done. this is a discrace to the people and the animals she claims to be saving she also opened a second store with a different name in Fairfield Illinois. shut her business down so she can't scam people out of there money nobody should be able to get away with what she has
