Get a good management team

I am living in a trailer park and the new owners are not doing anything to fix the problem with manger who is not doing the job. And we're still getting our bill for the lot rent and water taped on our Door windows .letting the rules get broken over the cats & dog's running around with out the owners. My windows got broken out by the owners worker's & he knew that but didn't get them fixed as he sold it to the company who is worse & I'm on disability . I called and told the new owner who is out of state about this and what they did was let the boy who is not doing his job listen to me complain about him and now he is telling me that I am going to get in trouble over this. So now I am asking for help from you. I'm 64yr old. With C.O.D.'s. And was homeless once. I have a S. dog. & now they are trying to make me pay extra for her. And I sharing the garbage with my friend as I can't afford it. & they are trying to make me pay for it. There are people living on the campgrounds with out water and sewer systems rules that are being broken over the cats and dogs running around without the owners popping in my yard. Clear Trail Real Estate 1400 Belleville st Richmond VA 23230 is the place. lots of money I'm paying to be told that they are going to make me homeless once again. And the management is the one saying that. Help me out if possible. My home is in poor condition and this man's wrong I'm trying to fix it .
