Complaint Resolution Index (CRI) Explained The Complaint Resolution Index (CRI) is an indicator on how responsive a company is in addressing and resolving customer complaints brought to their attention by BCA. I had a great experience. I loved the windows and the product itself. They served their purpose and they are awesome.

I had a great experience. Reps were very knowledgeable and they helped me throughout the whole process with the HERO Program. The Project Coordinator did a great job with the installation and everything. I loved the windows and the product itself. They cut down the noise in my house tremendously. My wife feels a lot safer and a lot more secure because it’s hard to break into the windows and so she feels a lot better. It looks great. They served their purpose and they are awesome.
