written up guard or security .. and class on poor team work at the library and poor customer interaction

i sent 2 emails .. called 2x for print out of each page sent .. also called to inform be there shortly within the hour .. i get there nothing ready .. within a 3 hrs period of getting there.. only needed print out of 21 pages .. i get there nothing ready .. i leave to do go somewhere .. come back still nothing .. then the lady prints out 7 i wanted 2x each .... say ok .. ok to my car to check email hate of my prints wasn't there .. after dealing with this library for hrs that is very poor customer service .. and poor office work and the lady cop or security rude as hell she for sure needs written up .. of course people get frustrated when directions and time be taken .. it was rude as all hell when yes i got loud but i have a right to explain myself and no one listening or following what the customer request .. and the guard very rude so i got rude and i costumer got kicked out . shouldn't i as customer have rights and not been spoken to by the guard when wasn't talking to her.. for and explaining what i wanted as directed in email on the phone and in person 3 times .. no who's rude ..check emails camera and call record .. the security i for sure want written up for poor human interaction . when wasn't even being spoken to .. the library needs a class how to treat others and follow directions .
