Clothing Island

Very poor customer service and clothing lacking quality. Failure to communicate.

When I initially received my order i was short two items that i ordered. When I called that when I found out they were out of the items I ordered. When talking to me the lady Sandra assigned to assist me told me not to worry they had some great stuff to replace it and would send me pictures. She just happened to have the shirts to the little boys sets that i wanted but not the shorts but she had some great green denim shorts that would go perfectly. And some girls mini skirts. I told her no thank you that neither would sale well in our store. She sighed and seemed disappointed. I told her that the shirts would be fine and then she sent me pics of some short overalls they were a little gaudy but thought i could work with them. We had a difficult time coming up with things we could agree on to complete the order. Finally she said that she had some of the girls Bermuda shorts i wanted but not all so we would have to substitute with something else so we decided on girls shirts. The only pics i had gotten from Sandra were of the skirts the green shores, and the overalls. She assured me everything was in good shape and cute. When I received the second box and and opened were what she said was the boys shirts and the overalls. Everything else was of poor quality 9 items were damaged they had stains or holes. There were a pair of size 4 girls shorts where the crotch was so holey it was non existent. I Called Sandra back and told her i was very unhappy with what was sent and told her why. She claimed I agreed to the pictures she sent. I reminded her that he only pictures I received that I agreed on were for the overalls. I asked her about shipping and she said that it was our respnonsiblilty. I tried to tell her about the thier web site stating thier clothes were of good quality and they would pay for shipping on damaged items she became short and told me good bye and hung up.
