Complaint Resolution Index (CRI) Explained The Complaint Resolution Index (CRI) is an indicator on how responsive a company is in addressing and resolving customer complaints brought to their attention by BCA. I find them to be completely unprofessional, and very disrespectful.

I went to an appointment on January 26th. After having gotten dental insurance, and found this to be only one of three dental offices that would take my insurance. I asked for a flipper. They told me that they won't because I need a cleaning . That I have periodontal disease. I had just gone to another dentist who charged me over $1000.00 for a cleaning. She then said that I refused a measurement. I did NOT! Then she hung up on me. I find them to be completely unprofessional, and very disrespectful. I would have never refused them measuring me. They need to understand that they should never call someone a lier or hang up on them.
