Complaint Resolution Index (CRI) Explained The Complaint Resolution Index (CRI) is an indicator on how responsive a company is in addressing and resolving customer complaints brought to their attention by BCA. If they are considering doing business with the company, consumers can use this indicator to forecast the likelihood of having their issues addressed if a problem arises. CRI measures the company's customer satisfaction abilities through BCA’s complaint mediation process.

Cheaper isn't always better!!

Signed up with there service because they were cheaper than anyone else. They were suppose to pick up trash the first Tuesday in May. When they didn't show up in the am I called to make sure I had the correct date. Was told "yes, they will be there." At 4pm when they didn't show I called again and was told that they would come on Weds. to pick up my trash. When they didn't show weds am I called again got the same "yes, they will be there". Again,they didn't show up on Weds. I left the trash can out there until Thursday hoping they would show up, they didn't. I called Thursday afternoon and cancelled my service. It took them another 5 days to pick up there trash can. I gave them 8 weeks (well beyond what it should have taken) to mail me my payment back but to no avail. So, it is now July and after 2 1/2 months and 4 phone calls I have been told that my refund check was mailed Friday, with their track record I am not holding my breath.
