The security guard told me I had to leave the premises because Coca Cola owned the area

I live in a apartment complex nearby. I was walking my dog at night, the security guard told me I had to leave the premises because Coca Cola owned the area. Soon they were going to block of the whole road with a gate. That doesn't make sense, the area is a one way street. That is literally our only way out. To move the security guard, and trucks out of the middle of the road. Have the security guard stop telling tax payers they can't be in public streets.
