Complaint Resolution Index (CRI) Explained The Complaint Resolution Index (CRI) is an indicator on how responsive a company is in addressing and resolving customer complaints brought to their attention by BCA. If they are considering doing business with the company, consumers can use this indicator to forecast the likelihood of having their issues addressed if a problem arises. CRI measures the company's customer satisfaction abilities through BCA’s complaint mediation process.

A variety of factors are considered when calculating CRI. They are not helping.

Since I have been in this program I have had little to no help at all..I been calling supervisors no answer, I have three kids ages from 9 to 1..I am not trying to live nowhere for free,I paid my rent portions even it I was late..I have had three different case manager an no one is helping me..my rent was based off my work checks an tanf witch I have told them for serval months that they took the cash from me,nobody did nothing to lower my rent now I am in a bind trying to take care of 4 people off two work checks a month by the time I pay for my babysitter an work pass I have nothing..I calls everyday I really feel that nobody cares an I am very stressed out..don't know where to go or who I should be talking to,the way they treating me I'll be on the outside soon..I just want somebody to do their job..I just want a fair shot, I am really trying as s single mother, I just want to be heard..
