My experience was awful at this hotel

My experience was awful at this hotel I was bitten by bed bugs in several places on 7-28-21 between 1am & 2am. I spoke with front desk clerk she changed my room & she stated she had told management about the bed bugs prior to me being bit. The manager called me and basically blamed me I went to urgent care and Dr diagnoses was bed bug bites. I have pictures and video and I'm sure I'm on their cameras as well.
