Complaint Resolution Index (CRI) Explained The Complaint Resolution Index (CRI) is an indicator on how responsive a company is in addressing and resolving customer complaints brought to their attention by BCA. Tell the guy to be nice.

I had my 11 year old son call to check about availability, if the hotel allowed pets, if they had a pool and/or a jacuzzi. The guy was rude but answered the questions. My son hung up but did not ask about price of a room. I told my son to call back and ask about the price of the room. The guy went nuts over the phone. He told my son not to call back. I took the phone and told the guy that this was a legitimate call. I asked about price. The guy told me to make the reservation online. I repeated that I wanted to know about price. The guy hung up on me. I guess the hotel industry is booming to treat customers and little boys this way. Tell the guy to be nice.
