About Commercial Contracting Services

Kevin and Andrea Thomas started Commercial Contracting Services (CCS) in 2015, and have been hard at work ever since to improve the community they know and love. Built on a solid foundation of beliefs that guide each day in business, CCS has a heart for investing in people and changing lives with opportunity.

Though CCS started as a six-man crew, it has turned into a team of more than 40 craftsmen of different trades. In just a few years, the original shop on South 3rd Street was simply too small. This forced a relocation to the current space at 21 South 9th Street. Work has been done inside and out to transform the old Alliant Energy building into the incredible space it is now.

CCS is constantly growing and changing in an effort to really meet the needs of our customers. Our craftsmen have decades of experience in their field and have been able to pass on valuable skills and knowledge. This has created a team that is incredibly versatile, and ready to tackle any project. Our team works very hard and is good at what they do. We thrive on inspiring growth in anyone who wears our uniform.
