Comments and Analysis

Callers indicate this firm sells an educational program at seminars. Reportedly, participants earn a profit of $8,750 if they the program to two others who in turn sell to two others until 15 persons are involved. Cost of the program is reportedly $1,250. We strongly advise consumers to be wary of any offer which bases promises of profit on getting others involved rather than on its products or services. The Newport Beach address is an executive office which rents rooms to businesses and or serves as their mail drop. The Alaska Attorney General indicates the offer is a pyramid scheme and this is rented by Commonwealth in Toronto Canada. Agents holding seminars in Alaska were ordered to Cease and Desist. According to the Toronto Better Business Bureau, Fred Varygen, President, and others have been charged with operating a pyramid scheme. Some callers indicated the offer comes from Delfin International which claims it is not related in any way to the Commonwealth Scholastic in Toronto. Supposedly Commonwealth is no longer in business.
