Complaint Resolution Index (CRI) Explained The Complaint Resolution Index (CRI) is an indicator on how responsive a company is in addressing and resolving customer complaints brought to their attention by BCA. There is mold in the female bathroom and in the woman and in the men's bathroom they are constantly kicking people out

There is mold in the female bathroom and in the woman and in the men's bathroom they are constantly kicking people out with children and then throwing the families out because they kids are crying like normal kids do this morning my son was hungry and my husband had to get his paper to go eat at the Salvation Army and they did not allow him to get it so now my son has to wait until lunch to eat there are attitudes are horrendous very disrespectful at times constantly coming with fleas had to throw out our bedding twice. I would like the business to go and check everything out because they are families that come in every day and the first day that I got there I caught a sinus infection and by the next day 20 people had it the bathrooms have to be checked for mold and whatever specifications they can find
