This company advertises for people to shop for and evaluate products. According to the company's promotional literature, respondents apply for positions as shoppers who make purchases to assess a store's customer service. After paying fees, respondents receive a book of general information which lists some marketing firms who might hire them as shoppers and directs them to their phone book for names and addresses of other marketing firms in their area. This firm does NOT hire anyone; respondants search for their own work. Because company addresses are mail drops, advertised phones generally reach recorded messages, and no local phones are listed, it is impossible to reach company personnel. Of the numerous homework offers on file, not one ever proved the earnings claims made in advertising and promotional literature. Marketing and research firms pay shoppers to shop and evaluate their shopping experiences. They do not require you to pay for the privilege of working for them. If interested in working as a shopper, we suggest you check with larger department stores or marketing research firms in your area.
