This company is a large wholesaler offering CD's and cassettes via mail order sales. To purchase music at wholesale prices offered by CCI, customers must obtain a Compact Connection Music Card. The card is also marketed by the company and sold to fundraising organizations, large corporations, and retail outlets. The cards can be personalized for the re-seller with the name of the fundraising organization, corporation or retail store for promotional purposes. The FTC's Mail Order Rule requires companies to ship ordered products within 30 days of receiving orders unless otherwise specified at the time the order was placed. If they cannot ship within the 30 day period, they are required to send written notification advising of the delay and giving the option of having your money refunded within 7 days.
