Complaint Resolution Index (CRI) Explained The Complaint Resolution Index (CRI) is an indicator on how responsive a company is in addressing and resolving customer complaints brought to their attention by BCA. If they are considering doing business with the company, consumers can use this indicator to forecast the likelihood of having their issues addressed if a problem arises. CRI measures the company's customer satisfaction abilities through BCA’s complaint mediation process.

Complete Restoration should be put out of business!!

Had to have a shower valve replaced in our main bathroom. There was water damage to our closet & bathroom. Called Complete Restoration from Kalispell & they gave me a quote of approx. $6600, $2000 more than the other restoration co but they said they saw more extensive damage. I gave them $1500 which was my deductible. They came & worked approx 4 hrs, cutting a large hole in the bathroom floor which I was told later was unnecessary. Complete Restoration said I owed them $661 for work they performed & attempted to give me a check for $882. I tore up the check & requested the $1500 I had paid them. They left & i called the insurance co. They told me to hire another restoration company & i would get the $1500 back. Got the money back & another company came to do a great job. Complete Restoration should be put out of business!! I am a 24/7 care giver to my husband who has a traumatic brain injury. We have been put out of our bathroom & closet. Our clothes are all over our other 2 spare bedrooms. I have a very bad back & had to carry extra heavy items to clear out the bathroom & closet. I worked a total of 8 hrs.
