BCA's Summary and Analysis:
Most complaints allege misleading information was provided regarding required courses, textbooks and actual class materials covered. Specifically, students claim they were given incorrect information on classes required for a degree, different textbooks had to be purchased at the middle of the semester, or relevant subjects were not taught as expected. One complaint alleges the computer labs did not function, and an instructor was not present for the final exam. Another student alleges an inaccurate balance of the tuition was provided, which resulted in unexpected fees. The company generally responded by referring the complaint to their corporate office for review, issuing a refund, or stating no adjustments will be made.
