Others allege the company charged credit cards or debited accounts after orders were cancelled, then charged restocking fees when issuing a refund or the company made unauthorized charges to credit or debit cards. Some complainants allege late delivery of the computers, or unauthorized charges for extended warranties not requested by the customer. The company responds to some complaints by issuing refunds, shipping products, explaining the computer can be returned for a refund or by sending replacement parts for missing or defective components. The company denied all allegations of poor customer service. The company responds to other complaints by stating their records indicate orders were not cancelled until after the product was shipped. The company further explained their policy that a 10% restocking fee applies to all orders once the product is shipped and they do not issue refund for shipping and handling charges.
