The manager should be held accountable for their rude and disrespectful staff, lack of proper business etiquette, and false information.

If I could give this location at 3849 N Cicero a negative rating I would. I previously was a customer with this company years back when the location was under different ownership and management. Since the new management has come in, there has been a noticeable drop in business professionalism, as proven by google and BBB ratings as well. After I paid my loan off, of course they sent me welcome back letters to draw in business. This year I finally needed a loan again, and a much lower amount this time. However, when I did go back I was disgusted at the service. There is absolutely no customer service at this location! My issue with this location is the lack of professionalism, basic business etiquette, and the disrespect. Tiffany is not the only associate who was rude to me, but she was the main one. The staff is dismissive, disrespectful, inattentive, and flat out rude. I called the store several times over the weekend from Fri-Mon and received the run around when it came to an approval. They failed to call me back as they said they would so I went up there the next business day as instructed by their staff to do so. When I arrived they were dismissive and blatantly rude. I asked to speak to a manager and was told no. The CSR waived her hand in my face. I decided to take my business to another location, which then told me they couldn't help me because of me being approved. I called to follow up and was placed on hold, Tiffany abruptly came to the phone and soon hung up on me.
