Complaint Resolution Index (CRI) Explained The Complaint Resolution Index (CRI) is an indicator on how responsive a company is in addressing and resolving customer complaints brought to their attention by BCA. Just let people know that there is no quick fix for time share

We signed up to have our time shares taken care of. We then looked at the reviews on the BBB, should have looked first. All of the reviews were not good at all. We have contacted the company and expressed that we changed our mind. Of course they want us to believe that we cannot cancel. We have called our credit card company and will be disputing the amount.
