Complaint Resolution Index (CRI) Explained The Complaint Resolution Index (CRI) is an indicator on how responsive a company is in addressing and resolving customer complaints brought to their attention by BCA. Look into if these are either scam organizations or legit organizations that are operating in below the board methods.

I received an email from bridge@bridge2jobs.com with the subject line "Loan Confirmation". In the body of the email there were Loan # details, Loan amount of $9,250, etc...see below for pasted text of the email. When you click on any of the link from this email; they take you to a loan provider website (www.lendsail.com) that has no phone number to follow up to inquire about potential fraud. The url http://bridge2jobs.com/ is vague and the phone number listed is unanswered. This is likely a phishing scam BUT if there really is a loan application in my name with these organizations I am frustrated there is no way to contact either company by phone.
