Lack of communication

The company emailed out a compliance letter to a wrong email, not sent to the email where billing is set up. Then shuts down our account, does not call or let us know in any other way (besides an old email) about this compliance letter. We are a small business that relies on this service and have worked with this company for over 18 years. We lost business over the weekend since their website states they are open on Saturdays but they are not and their help line is also closed (but on their website). Very poor communication, people that you speak to are rude and pass you onto a voice mail without assisting or understanding the impact this situation has created.
