Complaint Resolution Index (CRI) Explained The Complaint Resolution Index (CRI) is an indicator on how responsive a company is in addressing and resolving customer complaints brought to their attention by BCA. They were extremely rude during the last visit.

Placed an order back at the beginning of April. They kept giving me excuses each week if why my order was not completed. After 4 weeks of dealing with them postponing my order, went up to the location and they acted like I had never placed an order and then proceeded to tell me my order was to small for them to complete. They were extremely rude during the last visit. Provide customer service classes annually, never tell a customer their order is to small after 4 weeks of needing a product because this should have been communicated in the very first visit. In my opinion the company should be set down.
