Complaint Resolution Index (CRI) Explained The Complaint Resolution Index (CRI) is an indicator on how responsive a company is in addressing and resolving customer complaints brought to their attention by BCA. Worst customer support imaginable

I asked a simple question about the security (or lack of) of changing my credit card number and got a snarky answer. It's a one-man operation. I responded with surprise and "Dave" told me to "take off my tinfoil hat" and to get my services elsewhere because, as he put it, "you annoy me." I could never recommend this service to anyone.
