Sept 2018 CBH failed to meet verbal agreements that were provided during home design process

During meeting with design studio, representative told clients a fence was included in purchase price of home and not considered an upgrade. When clients signed the upgrade contract, the clients were made to believe the fencing was not an upgrade and needed not to be included. Later, client's real estate agent saw that the fence was not included in the construction. CBH was contacted and the clients were told that a fence was not included in the purchase and that the representative never told the clients the fencing was included.
