Complaint Resolution Index (CRI) Explained The Complaint Resolution Index (CRI) is an indicator on how responsive a company is in addressing and resolving customer complaints brought to their attention by BCA. SCAM-SCAM BEWARE OF THIS COMPANY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Costello, King & Associates DO NOT USE THIS SO CALLED “COLLECTION AGENCY” . They are not in business to collect money for you. They are in the business to get money from you for their company. They are a bunch of fast talking con-artist….. If any person from this company calls you, hang up on them. As of this date, we have paid this company $4,250.00. We have received $0.00 going on 2 1/2 years! AGAIN, DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY !!!
