Complaint Resolution Index (CRI) Explained The Complaint Resolution Index (CRI) is an indicator on how responsive a company is in addressing and resolving customer complaints brought to their attention by BCA. Efficient and Honorable

Initially had ordered several cases of drug test and needed to return them because we didn’t feel like they were working appropriately, countrywide testing did an excellent job in refunding the entire purchase even after some of the drug test were used!! They also paid the entire shipping cost to send all of the drug test back, I would highly recommend them in terms of customer service and I am so thankful that they are honored their policy! Would Certainly do business with them in the future, I thank you for making this process convenient and easy. -Valued Customer
