Complaint Resolution Index (CRI) Explained The Complaint Resolution Index (CRI) is an indicator on how responsive a company is in addressing and resolving customer complaints brought to their attention by BCA. Health Department Evaluation Immediately!

Cracker Barrel - how, in the WORLD, are you going to just have your employee walk through the dining hall with a PLUNGER just POURING the water out of it and do nothing? I had to call a server over and ask "was that *really* shit water that he just had pouring out of the plunger right beside us while we were EATING? Yes, yes it was. The manager came over and said "He's new" That's it. That. Was. It. I tried to eat my food but just couldn't. It was nasty. AJ and I just sat there like?? They didn't even offer to take the appetizer off of the $100 bill. We still tipped the waitress because it wasn't her fault. But seriously, are you kidding me right now?! And it wasn't even cleaned up properly. One swipe of a mop that didn't even have bleach in it!!!!! SO unsanitary! Just nasty. ?? Health Department Evaluation Immediately! Education on public health hazards. Education on e-coli, hepatitis, and any and all health concerns that can come from bringing the bathroom into the eating area. Training on how to properly clean a health hazard such as this. Managerial training on how to handle such issues.
