Complaint Resolution Index (CRI) Explained The Complaint Resolution Index (CRI) is an indicator on how responsive a company is in addressing and resolving customer complaints brought to their attention by BCA. The worst ever customer service

I do not think I have ever been treated worse .. We have been with this company for several years and it seems each year they have gotten worse ... This year was the LAST! Horrible customer service... Rude and condescending. Go quickly to any other company!
