The Bureau's address to write to is 2633 Kingston Pike, Suite 2, Knoxville, TN 37919 or they can be reached by calling, (865) 692-1600. We suggest disputing purchases made by credit card with your credit card company. By law, consumers have 60 days from the billing date to dispute the charge with the credit card company. Visa has a 120 day period. After the 60-day period, a charge cannot be reversed unless the seller consents. If the order is canceled, we suggest that the product be returned in sufficient time to permit a credit card dispute to be filed.
