Complaint Resolution Index (CRI) Explained The Complaint Resolution Index (CRI) is an indicator on how responsive a company is in addressing and resolving customer complaints brought to their attention by BCA. On September 21, 1999 mail sent to the company by the Bureau was returned by the Post Office marked, moved left no forwarding address.
