I applied for their credit card through firestone to help lessen the blow of a $600 spend I didn't anticipate. Checked with the gentleman that the card would be sent to the correct address and he said it would be, no problem. Great. Except they still sent it to an address I hadn't lived at in 4 years. I received texts about late payment and to pay online but I could not pay without a credit card number which I did not have. I emailed their customer support which got back to me after 2 weeks with an automated response telling me to call. I called their customer support and the first thing I'm asked on the line by a robot is to provide my credit card number - which I do not have. I have sent numerous emails attempting to get in contact and pretty much no result. Finally thought to pay to forward mail from my previous address and of course got a letter from them offering to settle, which I did. My credit tanked because their customer service was basically non existent and the card was sent to an address it shouldn't have been sent to. Resolution Sought To be removed as a negative impact on my credit report

This company outsources and the customer service department does not understand nor can explain anything properly. I was wrongfully charged a $41 late fee and called to get the issue resolved. I was put on hold several times with dead silence and no follow up. Resolution Sought Late fee removed
