My dispute was denied on September 17 2024 and I Reopen the dispute on September 20 2024. They are saying my dispute was denied. I didn't receive no email stating that Plus credit karma refused to send me a email saying it was denied after September 20 2024. They are also going against there agreement after 10 days you get a Provisional credit and refused to give me one. I Got $450.00 taking out of my account two times and I only sent one transaction. The site was freezing and they were advised of it and I told them I only sent one transaction of $450.00 and make sure only one went through. Resolution Sought Give me my money back to my card because it wasn't my fault. They took $450.00 out of my Social Security check that was deposited on September 30 2024. I feel like that don't have a right to do that. I'm tired of fighting with them. Credit Karma told me to get the Money from Ria Financial and they told me they have no say Credit Karma has to give me the money back.

They sent me a email stating that they guarantee that I will get a 50 gift card if I'm not approved for a credit card through their website. I did all of that and got denied and now they're saying that the company I applied for is not part of their guarantee, even though its the credit card company I applied through them. Now i a have no gift card and also took a hit to my credit score. Resolution Sought Provided me my 50$ gift card.
