Fire and Rehire people. that actually care

Fahad a new employee not only didn't book an appt (gave him leeway) on th be 1st no booking for Mr. Wright. Alfred Wright is a patient at Creekside. Calling back to book an appt... Fahad hung up on me more than 7x before Hilda (Some kind of Supervisor) answered to re book an appt after needing a CoViD Test... customer service allows me to question how they are treating my Papa Aka my client and I have Big Issues with how they think as CoViD goes on and individuals like me DO NOT SUBMIT TO THE VACCINE AND WILL NOT EVER. 707 712-4777 is a. Number you can contact me @ after 9am. Please make sure someone handles this... I am scared for these elders lives with this facility. The energy and disposition of the staff is at the utmost disgust and someone with a heart & love for mankind needs to fire many people for the actions they portray.
