Complaint Resolution Index (CRI) Explained The Complaint Resolution Index (CRI) is an indicator on how responsive a company is in addressing and resolving customer complaints brought to their attention by BCA. They need to train their agents better.

My wife was called and immediately told " oh your husband is in a quandary" Trying to get her questions answered and some jerk named "Michael Waller #110" just kept hanging up on her. rude, unprofessional, and when she said (after she cursed him) calling back because he kept hanging up on her..."do you want me to pay you? Do you want me to pay you? HE said no and hung up AGAIN!? REALLY? make sure you tell the judge that when you file in civil court that you refused the $! He never not once read her the Miranda rights either (she works in collections silly!). You could have been sued for a number of reasons had I not calmed my wife down this afternoon. Yes we have $ for the debt and the lawyer but you won't get any of it.
