Revise entire operation and create a safer environment for employees and guests.

This mall location regularly allows delivery drivers to park in the fire lanes. Fire safety lacks here entirely. Fire lanes ALWAYS BLOCKED. Faulty doors, handicapped doors broken for months on end. Fire alarms go off here daily and employees and customers don't know whether there is a threat or not. Monday Jan 3rd 2022 the halls were filled with smoke and there was no alarm sounding and no evacuation orders. Lack of management presence and lack of security presence leads to a dangerous environment here at crossgates mall and something needs to change because employees are not safe. Multiple fights and shootings and days go by without seeing a security officer.
