Complaint Resolution Index (CRI) Explained The Complaint Resolution Index (CRI) is an indicator on how responsive a company is in addressing and resolving customer complaints brought to their attention by BCA. They're taking advantage of the poor by not showing the same amount of care as a regular doctors office would.

The Drs there have prescribed medications that do not mix with my other medications. My endocrinologist caught it and said it could have been life threatening. When it comes to referrals or any information needed for the Dr. they do not call back in a timely manner or not at all. I went for weeks without a medication once because they prescribed the wrong medication and then forgot to get it straight. They need to be put into account for their actions so they don't keep doing this to other innocent patients. They're taking advantage of the poor by not showing the same amount of care as a regular doctors office would (non clinic)
