Complaint Resolution Index (CRI) Explained The Complaint Resolution Index (CRI) is an indicator on how responsive a company is in addressing and resolving customer complaints brought to their attention by BCA. Complainants allege the company fails to procure employment as promised after collecting fees for training and certification. One complainant alleges after paying $250.00 for the course the company failed to fulfill their promise to provide work within two days and changed the date of the alleged employment to two months. Another complainant reports paying the company $400.00 for certificates in CPR PTA paperwork firearms permit and report writing to purportedly advance in the field and increase his income potential. However the complainant did not obtain employment as represented. The company responds to one complaint by stating they do not guarantee employment explaining part of the fees paid are state fees or stating the customer did not accept the offers they presented. All other complaints remain unanswered.
