Unsatisfactory work and I cannot even get a response.

I have a Chrysler 300C 2006 it was having problems cutting off when I went into the dealership. They advised me of a $55 diagnostic fee to tell me what's wrong with the vehicle. I did that under their recommendation. They tell me it would be $1,500 to repair. I did the repairs I still had the exact same problems the chapter vehicle for 2 more months can I steal cannot drive the vehicle. To let everyone know this dealer is doing unsatisfactory work and I cannot even get a response when I called about my repairs I was told that I had no more recourse.
