The Medical Board of California is the State agency that licenses medical doctors, investigates complaints, disciplines those who violate the law, conducts physician evaluations, and facilitates rehabilitation where appropriate.

As of our last verification on July 24, 2007, the medical license held by Dr. David Larkin, number C40016, is renewed and current. However the public records for the license further indicate that Dr. Larkin's license is on a ten year probation, beginning October 4, 2002, and he served a ninety day suspension from October 4, 2002 to January 1, 2003. In addition, his medical license shows that on March 7, 2003, Dr. Larkin surrendered his New York Medical License to the NY State Board for Professional Medical Conduct.
