Completely unreliable, 7 - 10 day estimate, took 6 weeks, still only partially complete

I engaged these guys on June 11, provided payment in full, $650, which is reasonable (not cheap, not expensive for a psd > wordpress conversion) By July 16th I gave up - we had managed to make it to the end of the first Round of modifications, it was 90% complete but my request to simply get it so we could finish it hadnt been completed (ie we had nothing in our hand) We did nothing to delay the project - they managed to take an 8 day break in the middle which was not advised upfront at all, I was left to log in and see it on the day it started. I've been in web development for 15 years, this project was outsourced as we didnt have bandwidth internally, I've been both the client and the developer and nothing about their conduct spoke of a firm that was consistently delivering. I offered to accept a 50% refund, so there was pain on both sides, and it was refused. Their inability to deliver had a huge impact on my business, over an above the $650 cost. I would strongly recommend that you look elsewhere. They might take care of you, they might not. I"d not risk it.
