Culvers

Hiring kids is a huge problem for the kids today don't care & the trainers must be kids also. When they're just the $ that's a huge problem!!

My husband and i have spent a great amount of money in the past 4 months eating at culvers in Stillwater MN and I do not know what's going on, but every order these last few months have been horrible we end up missing silverware, butter, potatoes and the soup is cold, every order has been messed up bad and when we call to speak with a manager they are short and rude. We are not looking for freebies, but dang, when we spend $30.00 to eat a descent meal we expect the quality Culvers use to have for we are seniors on a strict budget, and our out to eat go to place has been Culvers just to get out to a safe reliable real food place and it is none of that anymore, and it does not matter anymore to bring it to attention for we have learnt customer service and respect is gone these days. I spent 50 years in the restaurant food and bev industry and the medical field, so I can say without a doubt customer service and attention to detail and respect is gone. I do not think there is one for we have lost a quite a few dollars going & checking different times of the day & different days & there is none its just poor all the way around & it leads me to believe & wonder there must be 100's of people that receive their bags of food & go home to find the same problems & never say a word they just don't go back.
