I went to Destin Florida to do a tour a while back and I got there after five hours the hotel was a motel and was in a bad shape the room had a smell and it was bugs crawling and it was outside it was nothing like the picture or on the wedsite. So I called and left emails and called over 8 times which I have proof of to see what to do before I left Destin tore to see if I can another room no one called me back after 3 months they picked up after I called . And said I had to pay 322 dollars because I left so I can't tour into I pay that which was wrong because I called and did everything on my part . I'm a vip member and I'm loyal and it's wrong to make me pay after I got lied to after the hotel was not to par like it should. So then I drove all the way to Orlando just to get me a vacation in for my birthday. I'm very upset about this . I feel like it's a scam Resolution Sought To say I don't own money and let me continue to tour because I'm a vip member. I should not have to pay if the details was not what I was told.

Ms. Irby had a confirmed reservation to check in to her accommadations in Destin on 3/28/23-3/31/23. It was explained that if she did not check into her accomadations and did not cancel in advance that she would be responsible for the full pack rate of her stay. She did not cancel and did not check in. Customer Choice Rewards was charged $322.00 for her stay, she now has to travel with us again. We told her that once she pays the $322.00 we will be glad to book her accomadations.

I typed in my certificate number and it said it was already activated. I didn't activate it. It said I could reprint the voucher but it didnt recognize my email address. Resolution Sought Ki was going to visit him with my voucher. I live in Las Vegas, but it doesn't appear that you support any city in the U.S. like I was told. I would like to fly to Nebraska in May.

I have left numerous messages for her. She will not call me back. I do not show anything in our system for her. But we don't have her name or her phone number anywhere in our system so we don't know what she's complaining about Or what she received or how she got our information. I have left her three voicemails to please call me regarding this, and I have not heard back from her.
