Answer the phones and speak with customers in a timely fashion. Schedule/ hire more staff to work the counter to eliminate long lines and wait time on the telephone.

Pharmacy department never has enough staff to work the counter. There is always a long line and wait time to drop off/ pick up prescriptions. Also, no one answers the pharmacy telephone when you call. I was on call for 10 mins before I hung up. This also occurs at the CVS pharmacy in District Heights, MD.
