Complaint Resolution Index (CRI) Explained The Complaint Resolution Index (CRI) is an indicator on how responsive a company is in addressing and resolving customer complaints brought to their attention by BCA. Legal document assistants, may not refer to themselves as “paralegals,” unless working under the direct supervision of an attorney. Paralegals, and LDA’s can only provide non-legal services, such as; filling out forms; assistance with obtaining supporting documents; interviewing witnesses, or filing forms with the court.. Only an attorney can provide legal advice.
